Select Web Client > Tasks > New > Subscription Type

Select Web Client > System Administration > Logins > Select Login > Home Screen Folders > New > Subscription Type

 

 

Users can select individual Subscription Types or select multiple Subscription Types simultaneously. Select the desired subscription(s); then select Insert to place the Subscription Type in the Configure Filter screen.

 

Select OK to use the selected Subscription Types for this folder.

•Chart Review Inbox - ChartReview

oSubscribes a user in a Health Information Management role to review deficiencies for their review level.

 

•My Chart Review - ChartReviewMyLevel

 

•Chart Acknowledgment Review - ChartReviewMyLevelAndLower

oSubscribes a user in a Health Information Management role to review deficiencies for their review level and any level below.

 

•Department Access - DepartmentAccess

oSubscribes a user to notifications that are sent to a department.  

oNotifications are only seen for the department(s) to which the user has access.

 

•Escribe for Chartlink Group - EscribeChartlinkGroup

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notifications for pending Escribe tasks for other providers in the same Chartlink group.

 

•My Escribe List - EscribeMine

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notifications for the provider's Escribe queue.

 

•Escribe Sign For Physicians - EscribeSignForPhys

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notifications the provider is authorized to sign within Escribe.

 

•Personal Inbox - Personal

oSubscribes user to notifications that are sent directly to the user.

 

•Physician Queries from MR/HIM - PhysicianQueries

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to physician queries from any user within the Health Information Management role.

 

•Query Responses from Physicians - QueryResponses

oSubscribes a user in a Health Information Management role to receive physician query responses from any user within the provider role.

 

•Scheduling - Scheduling

oSubscribes user in a Scheduling role to view pre-certification information.

 

•Admitting Physician - admitting_phy

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notification for patients who have their provider number listed as the Admitting Physician on the Patient Census screen.

 

•Consulting Physician - consulting_phy

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notification for patients who have their provider number listed as the Consulting Physician on the Patient Census screen.

 

•Hospitalist Physician - hospitalist

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notification for patients who have their provider number listed as the Hospitalist Physician on the Patient Census screen.

 

•Primary Physician - primary_phy

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notification for patients who have their provider number listed as the Primary Physician on the Patient Census screen.

 

•Secondary Physician - secondary_phy

oSubscribes a user in a provider role to notification for patients who have their provider number listed as the Consulting Physician on the Patient Census screen.
