The Electronic Form may be set up to display Help areas within the Electronic Form itself. Help Areas are used to aid the user in documentation. If information is needed to answer a section of a form or if the user needs help in determining the best answer, a help area is available for the user to access and review.
For example: Help Areas may be images, such as the pain faces scale, that is added to the form for visual help; or a text document with instructions is created using Notepad to type in the help instructions. Refer to Text Help Area for further instructions on using the Help Area images.
1.From the Electronic Form Selection screen, select Tables, then Help Areas.

2.Select New to enter a new Help Area. Enter the description in the File Name field with no spaces in the name. The File Name must be limited to no more than 15 characters, no spaces, and only letters and/or numbers should be used.

3.Select the format as .txt. The .htm option is used by TruBridge only.
4.Select OK to save, Abort to exit no save. The Notepad application appears.
5.Enter the text of the help area in the Notepad application.
6.Once the text or html code is entered in Notepad, select File, Save, then exit the Notepad screen. The Help Area will be saved in the proper location for access.
