The Upload Image option is available for the user to add a digital image to the patient's Electronic Form which may show a patient's injuries . The digital image must be in .jpg, .png or .bmp format. The ability to upload an image to a form and also to view the form on the patient is security driven. See the Security for Access for additional information.

 

To load an image of the patient's injuries, select the title for the image which was set up to store the image. Navigate through the folders to choose the folder where the image is stored on the device. Once the image has been uploaded to the form, the title will change to 'view' the image. An image cannot be changed if it was added in error. The user needs to exit without saving the form to upload another image.
