Appointment Affirmation, Confirmation and Reminder messages may be customized per facility. In addition to how the message will read, the number of days from the appointment to send the message to the patient may also be set. Facilities also have the option to deactivate messages from being sent. The locations/personnel and task of where appointments are scheduled may also be customized, if needed.
