In expanded view, the Public Boards section displays all of the public boards boards published within your facility. Each board card includes the following options and icons:

 

•: Displays the board in read-only view. No changes can be made to the board. If any configuration settings are applied to the cards, however, you can select the cog icon in the upper-right corner of the card to view those settings. To close out of the preview, select the X in the upper-right corner.

 

•Duplicate Board : Copies the board to your My Boards list. Once you have created your own copy of a public board, you can make changes to that copy.

 

oEditing a board copied from Public Boards will not change the original published board. Likewise, when a public board is updated, those changes will not update in the copied board within My Boards. See Board Management for additional information on editing an existing board.

 

oIf you copy a public board with the same name as a board within your My Boards list, the copy will have the same name, but followed by a number. For example, if the My Boards list already contains a board called "Rounds" and you copy a public board with that same name, the copy will be named "Rounds 1." The number will increment by one for each additional copy made. (You can edit the name of the copies you make, but not the name of the public board.)

 

oWithin the My Boards section of the expanded view, the details that appear when hovering over the Info icon on the copy will reflect the user who copied the board and the date and time it was copied, rather than the user who created the public board it was copied from and the date and time that public board was created.

 

•Info : Displays hover text identifying the user who created the board and the date and time it was created, as well as the user who last edited the board and the date and time it was edited.
