In expanded view, the My Boards section displays all of the boards you have added to your My Boards list. The boards appear as cards, and several options and icons are available on each board card.

 

•To add a description to a board, select within the white space in the middle of the board card and type the description text.

 

•To open a board, select the icon on the corresponding board card.

 

•To mark a board as a favorite, select the star icon next to the board name. The star appears filled when the board is marked as a favorite. Selecting the star again will un-favorite the board and the star will appear as an outline (not filled) . Users can have a maximum of five favorite boards.

 

•To complete other actions on the board, use the icons along the bottom edge of the board card:

 

oPublish Board : Publishes the board, making it a public board. Once a board has been published, the shared icon will display. Selecting this icon will remove the board from public view.

 

oEdit Board : Opens the board editing pane, where you can rename the board and add or remove cards on the board.

 

oDuplicate Board : Makes a copy of the board. The copy will have the same name as the original, followed by the word "Copy," and it will contain all the same cards as the original. The copy is immediately opened for editing, so you can change the name and add or remove cards as desired.

 

oDelete Board : Archives the board, removing it from your My Boards list. See Archiving Boards.

 

oInfo : Displays hover text identifying the user who created the board and the date and time it was created, as well as the user who last edited the board and the date and time it was edited.
