Deleting a Form from a Patient Account

1.From the Electronic Form menu, select the Form that needs to be deleted under Patient Electronic Forms.

 

2.Select the Delete option from the action bar. An employee must have proper security in order to delete an electronic form from a patient’s listing. See Security for Access for additional information.

 

3.A prompt will display, asking “Are you sure you want to permanently delete this form?"

 

4.Select a reason for deletion from the list available or key in a reason to the ....or enter a custom reason field.  Then select Submit. 

 

5.To view forms that have been deleted from a patient account, select Show Deleted.

 

6.To view a deleted form, select the form from the Previously Selected Forms section. The form may be viewed but not changed.

 

7.Select Show Active to return to the list of active forms.
