The hide option is set up when the Electronic Form is created. When the form is charted on, it will not allow any other questions/answers to be displayed until the answer that is set up to activate additional questions is chosen. An example could be the question “Does Patient Use Tobacco” and the answer “Yes” will trigger TruBridge EHR to display additional questions.

 

1.After selecting the Electronic Form, select the answer Yes for the question “Does Patient Use Tobacco." Additional questions will appear on the screen.

 

2.Select No and the answers will disappear.
