The Provider EHR Tracking Board displays a summarized display of all patients "Checked In" to the clinic department. Once "Checked In", patients appear in the assigned default room for the department's Tracking Board. The patient is removed from the Tracking Board when discharged or no longer in a location associated with the department to which the tracking board is assigned. Multiple Tracking Boards may be used by a facility or department, and each may be user-defined. Once a Tracking Board is selected, this Tracking Board displays each time the system is accessed by the individual user login until another Tracking Board is selected.
