DESCRIPTION: Two new fields have been added to the Location and Personnel tables Visit Information screen in Table Maintenance to control how visits will be generated when using the Auto Create Visit feature:
•In the New Visit is field, select whether new visits will be a Full Registration or a Temp Registration.
•In the Admit Date field, select whether to populate the admit date on the new visit with the Appointment Date or to leave it Blank.
All resources will default to the Full Registration setting. For Clinic resources, the admit date will default to Blank, and for Hospital (Non-Clinic) resources, the admit date will default to the Appointment Date and Time. Both settings may be changed as needed.
