The Home Medications List specialty card is a simplified version of the Home Medications dataset card. The following columns will display on the card:

 

•Medication

•Dosage

•Route

•Frequency

Additional information is available within each medication by selecting the Expand (chevron) icon. When a medication row is expanded, the Last Dosage Date/Time, Status, Prescribing MD, and Special Instructions will display.
