DESCRIPTION: The Problem Management Card now contains two tabs: Problems and Health Concerns. The patient's Problems List displays on the Problems tab, and their Health Concerns display on the Health Concerns tab. Users can add Health Concerns in a similar way to adding Problems, and can mark the status of a concern as Active, Provisional, Historic, or Recurrence. Health Concerns can also be associated with an existing Problem or promoted to a Problem (assuming the user has sufficient permissions).

Health Concerns added within Health History will automatically appear on the Problem Management card (and vice versa), and if responses to a Health Status Assessment (completed from Health History) indicate a possible Health Concern, they will be automatically added to the card with a status of Provisional.
