The Problem Management card contains two tabs: Problems and Health Concerns. The patient's Problems List displays on the Problems tab, and their Health Concerns display on the Health Concerns tab. From this card, you can add new problems and health concerns and manage existing problems/concerns that may be pertinent to the current visit.
