DESCRIPTION: The Filter (cog) menu on the Surgeries and Procedures card has a new Filter By selection: the Entered in Error check box. Select the check box if you want to view surgeries or procedures that were marked "Entered in Error." By default, the check box is deselected and "Entered in Error" procedures are hidden. When the check box is selected, entries with a status of "Entered in Error" appear in red strikethrough font on the card.
