The Discharge Medications List specialty card is a simplified version of the Discharge Medications dataset card. The following columns will display on the card:

 

•Medication

•Dosage

•Route

•Frequency

 

A chevron appears to the left of each medication. Select this chevron to expand the medication information. The expanded information includes the Start and Stop date and time, the Prescribing MD, and Special Instructions.
