On the flow chart, select Problem List.

All problems charted on the patient display.

Columns

 

•Rank: Displays the rank of the problem.

 

•Problem: Displays the problem description.

 

•Status: Displays the last status.

 

•Changed: Displays the date and time of the last status update.

 

•Flowchart: Displays the name of the flow chart.

 

 

To Change the Problem Rank

 

1.Select (highlight) the problem in the list.

 

2.Select Change Rank. The Problem Rank box displays.

3.In the Rank field, enter the new rank.

 

4.Select OK.

 

 

To Re-Open a Problem

 

A problem where the status is updated to Resolved, Not Applicable, or Inactive is considered closed and will no longer display on the flow chart. The problem can be re-opened if needed.

 

1.Select (highlight) the problem in the list.

 

2.Select Re-Open. The Reopen a problem box displays.

3.In the Comment field, enter any comments. Two lines of comments can be entered. To move to the second line, press Tab on the keyboard.

 

4.Select Update.

 

 

To Review All Problems

 

To review the problem activity on the patient, select Review All or refer to the Problem Activity report.
