The Output option is designed to allow documentation of output either by Frequency or Volume. When recording output, entries must be updated in one measurement area before the other measurement area can be entered. For example, if volume is being recorded, a frequency entry can not be recorded until the volume entry has been updated or vice versa.

 

Wet diapers will display as an output option for the Pediatric and Nursery Chart Types.
