1.Select Order Chronology.
2.Double-click on the intervention and select Add Action.

3.The Nursing Order Action screen displays. Select the appropriate action (Performed, Complete, Patient Refused, or Other).

4.In the Comment field, enter any comments. Two lines of comments can be entered. To move to the second line, press Tab on the keyboard.
5.Select Update. This action creates a date and time column on the flow chart for the intervention(s) and the information prints to the Problem Activity report.
