A Discharge Summary and Instructions flow chart may include special questions that pull the patient's diet order to the flow chart, launch directly to an application, and open a predefined answer box to document Emergency Department follow-up care.

 

Documentation on this flow chart can be viewed and printed on both the Discharge Summary report and Discharge Instructions report.
