1.Select the question on the flow chart. The question/answer box displays.

2.The Date/Time fields default to the current date and time. Modify these fields, if necessary.

 

3.The predefined answers display in the grid at the bottom of the box. A maximum of twelve predefined answers may display. Select the appropriate answer(s).

 

4.The selected answer(s) display in the answer box. If additional documentation is needed or the appropriate answer is not listed, select on the answer box to open the box for editing.

5.Add or edit the answer information and select OK.

 

6.Select Next to save the information and advance to the next question, Update to save the information and return to the flow chart, Clear to clear the entry, Cancel to clear the entry and return to the flow chart, or Prev to save the information and go to the previous question.
