Use the Radio Button control if only one answer is to be selected for the question. Radio Button groups must always begin with a Radio Button Group Title and be followed by Radio Button options. The Group Title is the question. The answers are set up using the Radio Button Option. All radio buttons that relate to the Group Title must be grouped together with no other controls between them and the Group Title.
