This chapter will provide instructions for creating a new electronic form. In addition, the user is given steps to set the form so that data may update to the form from TruBridge EHR and data may flow from the form to a POC flowchart.

 

As electronic forms are being built, they are not accessible for charting on patients. Users who create and maintain the forms are given security access to the maintenance screens. When the form is finished in maintenance, it may be set to "Live" status to enable charting on patients.
