NOTE: For PI3, the following widgets should not be used and Clinical Quality Measure documentation should be accessed via the CQM Documentation launch point within the Virtual Chart. Quality Measures Widgets: Comfort Measures Only, Stroke Admission, Stroke Discharge, Refusal of Education, VTE Prophylaxis, VTE Treatment, and Social History.

 

A text box will be used to pull the documentation of the Arrival to Inpatient Unit Date/Time to the Quality Measures Report.

 

Arrival to Inpatient Unit Date

 

Create a text box control on the form using the database code INPTARRDT with a default size of 10.

 

NOTE: The date must be entered in MM/DD/YYYY  (10 characters, with slashes) or MMDDYYYY  (with 10 character width text box) format on the patient's form.

 

1. Select the New Control Tab then Text Box.

 

2. Enter the label description for Arrival to Inpatient Unit Date.

 

3. Select the Database Tab then magnifying glass.

 

4. Select INPTARRDT Arrival to Inpatient Unit Date database type code.

 

5. Check download and this will take the answer to the Quality Measures Report. Answer width should be filled in with the default width of 10.

 

6.Select Save and Exit to save the control.

 

 

Select Electronic Form > New Control > Text Box > Database Tab

Arrival to Inpatient Unit Time

 

Create a text box control on the form using the database code INPTARRTM with a default size of 4.

 

NOTE:The time must be entered in 4 digit format on the patient's form.

 

1. Select the New Control Tab then Text Box.

 

2. Enter the label description for Arrival to Inpatient Unit Time.

 

3. Select the Database Tab then magnifying glass.

 

4. Select INPTARRTM Arrival to Inpatient Unit Time database type code.

 

5. Check download and this will take the answer to the Promoting Interoperability report.

 

Answer width should be filled in with the default width of 4.

 

6. Select Save and Exit  to save the control.

 

 

Select Electronic Form > New Control > Text Box > Database Tab
