To have access to the Medication Reconciliation Application, sites must have purchased this application.

 

To use the new Medication Reconciliation feature in the electronic form, use the Applications Control. A link is placed on the form and is used to access the medication screens from the form. Medications will be entered, viewed, or removed on these screens. Saving will return the user back to the electronic form.  Medications are not stored on the electronic form.

 

1. Select the New Control Tab then Applications.

 

2. Select Medication Reconciliation.

 

3. Enter the description in the Text field.

 

4. Set the Font Type, Size, Style, Color and Spaces.

 

5. Select Save & Exit to save the selections.

 

 

Select Electronic Form > New Control > Applications> Medication Reconciliation

The link is selected to allow the form to open the medication screen to enter the medications without leaving the electronic form. The medication reconciliation takes the two medication lists, Home Medications and Active Medications and merges them into a single list. Medications are updated, reviewed and/or modified here.
