A new launch point has been created for Electronic Forms. The Patient Immunizations widget may be added through the Applications Control in the forms setup.
From the Applications Control, select Patient Immunizations which directs the user to the patient's immunizations screen on the patient account where new immunizations may be added and the immunization history may be viewed.
To add the Patient Immunizations widget, select the form.
1. Select the New Control tab, then Applications.
2. Select Patient Immunizations.
3. Enter the description in the Text field.
4. Set the Font Type, Size, Style, Color, and Spaces.
5. Select Save & Exit to save the selections.
Select Electronic Form > New Control > Applications > Patient Immunizations

This will place a link for the user to use to go to the Patient's Immunization within TruBridge EHR where new immunizations may be added and the immunization history may be viewed.
