The radio button option will only allow one answer to be selected per question.

 

1.The question Triage and answers are examples of Radio Button answers.

 

2.Select one of the answers that follow the question.

 

3.To change the answer to another option, simply select another answer. Again, only one answer per Radio Button question may be selected.

 

 

Select Charts > Select Patient >  Electronic Forms > Radio Button
