The Nursing department may be located under the Departments search option. By selecting on the nursing department, a list of all nursing orders will display in the Search Orders box.

 

•Select Nursing from the Departments drop-down.

 

 

Select Order Entry > Departments > Nursing

•The Nursing orders will populate into the Search Orders portion of the screen in alphabetical order. The provider may then scroll to find the desired order or use the Search box to narrow the results. The results will decrease as more information is typed in the Search box. For orders that exceed the number of display characters, placing the cursor over the description will populate a hover-box that will display the full order description. Select the order, then select the Add to Pending option from the action bar or double-click the order to move it to the Pending Orders box.
