Edit Order Lists

Providers have the ability to create and edit their own Order Lists. Selecting Edit Order Lists edit_order_list_buttonfrom the action bar will launch to an Order Lists screen that will display the provider's order lists.

The action bar contains the following options:

Back Arrow: Returns user to the Order Entry screen.

Edit: Once a list is selected, this option will open the Order List Setup screen to display the selected list's setup.

New: Opens the blank Order List Setup screen so the provider may build a new Order List.

Delete: Allows the user to delete a selected list.

Refresh: Refreshes the screen to show recent changes.

 

The check boxes Type: List and Status: Active are defaults.

 

The screen will display the following columns:

Description: The user-designated title of the Order List.

Type: List (Only order lists will display here).-

Status: Active (Only active order lists will display. No under-construction lists will display.)

Last Modified: The date the last change was made and saved to the list.

Created: The date the order list was initially created.

Owner: The login of the current provider (owner of the lists).

 

The Order List Setup screen will be identical to the Order Set/List/Protocol Maintenance screen in Tables > Clinical.

 

NOTE: The same item may be added to a list multiple times, but at least one field has to be different per item. If the user attempts to add a duplicate item, the message "Cannot add exact same order twice to this list" will appear.
