The Patient Immunization History application is used to record and maintain a list of immunizations a patient has received over time. Immunizations ordered and administered in the TruBridge EHR will automatically pull over to the application.

 

Immunizations are stored on the Patient Profile.

 

NOTE: Facilities outside of the United States can choose a date format of MMDDYY, DDMMYY, or YYMMDD to be used throughout the Patient Immunization History application. Contact a TruBridge representative to change the date format, if desired.
