The Vitals Line Graph card provides a way to view vital trends in a readable graph over a specific time period. Each vital will display on a unique x and y axis within the graph. The y axis represents the vital value and the x axis represents time. Each vital will also display with a unique color.

 

Hovering over a value on the graph displays the description, the value in the selected measure method, and the date/time the value was recorded.

 

The Actions drop-down provides quick access to the following areas:

•View All Vitals

•Order Entry

 

The card can be filtered by date range, system, and vital selection by selecting the Filter (cog) icon. By default, the filters are set to display all vitals from the last month using the metric system. Users can change any of these selections and save the selections as the default or apply them for the current session only. (To save the selections as the default, select the Save As Default button. To apply the selections for this session only, select a blank area of the screen outside of the filter box. To reset the filter back to the TruBridge default settings, select Reset Filter.)
