The default view for this card sorts the vitals readings by Date and Time in descending order and with a filter of "This Visit" for the Visit Number column.

 

The Actions drop-down on the Vital Signs card provides quick access to the following areas of the EHR:

 

•View All Vitals

•Order Entry
