Cards > Dataset Cards

Dataset cards are view-only cards that can be filtered to display specific data but cannot be used to enter or edit data. Using the filter function, users can customize the cards to display specific information. This functionality is similar to using the filter toolbox in the Notes application. Please see the Filter Toolbox chapter within the Table Maintenance - Notes Admin user guide for details.

The following dataset cards will display with a default width of two columns on a board: Current Medication, Discharged Medications, Immunization, Labs, Vital Signs, Family History, and Surgical and Procedure History.

•Demographics

•Discharge Medications

•Family History

•Home Medications

•Immunization

•Labs

•Problems

•Smoking History

•Surgical and Procedure History

•Vital Signs
