The following columns will display by default on the Smoking History card:

 

•Smoking Status

•Years Smoking

•Smoking Start Date

•Smoking Stop Date

•Cessation Education

•Visit Number

•Modified On

 

The default view for this card filters the Visit Number to "This Visit."  

 

The Actions drop-down on the Smoking History card provides quick access to Social History.
