DESCRIPTION: The following changes were made to various Patient Data Console cards.

oUsers can now enter a comment when adding a surgery or procedure.

oProcedures that are removed are no longer hard deleted. Instead, their status changes to Entered in Error.

Vitals Recent Trend Card (PCU-21735): The following additional O2 methods are now available for selection:

oBi-Pap

oC-Pap

oHigh Flow Nasal Cannula

oNon-Rebreather Mask

oOxy-Mask

Family History Card (PCU-18904): A settings cog has been added to this card, providing the option to show items Entered in Error.

Immunization Card (PCU-20697): A Status column has been added to the card. By default, the card shows only immunizations with a status of Complete. Users can change the default filter to view entries with a status of Omitted or Entered in Error. When displaying entries that were Omitted or Entered in Error, those entries appear in strikethrough font.

Intake and Output Card (PCU-18431): This card now accepts non-numeric (i.e., non-volume) entries, such as data in the form of "Time" or "Descriptions." Non-numeric data will appear in the "Other" section of the card. The I/O balance will be blank if the only values captured are non-volume.

Problem Management Card (PCU-16063): When the user selects an ICD that maps to multiple possible SNOMED codes, the system now allows the user to choose the desired code.
