Flow chart questions may be set up to calculate a total score based on the flow chart documentation. The total score is generated from answers selected on one or multiple questions on the same flow chart.

 

Flow Chart - Calculation

 

On the flow chart, select the appropriate questions and answers. The flow chart will automatically calculate and display a total for the questions answered.

 

NOTE: A maximum of six answers per question may be set to calculate. If more than six are selected, a warning message will display with the option to Enter the Text or Start Over. Select Enter the Text to return to the answer box or select Start Over to clear the text and start over.
