1.On the Problem Activity box, select Resolve Goals.

2.The Goal Maintenance box displays. In the Comment field, enter any comments. Two lines of comments can be entered. To move to the second line, press Tab on the keyboard.

3.Select Update to save the information or Cancel to cancel the entry.
