If vital sign ranges are defined in the Chart Type Control Table, vital sign entries for temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure that fall below or above the defined ranges will display a warning message that the entry is out of range.

Select Keep value entered to save the entry or Start over to return to the vitals entry screen.
