A new launch point has been created for Electronic Forms. The "Diagnosis Table" may be added through the Applications Control in the forms setup.
From the Applications Control, select Diagnosis Table which will direct the user to the Census screens on the patient account where up to three Chief Complaints along with onset dates and up to three Diagnoses is documented.
To add the Diagnosis Table link, select the form.
1. Select the New Control tab, then Applications.
2. Select Diagnosis Table.
3. Enter the description in the Text field.
4. Set the Font Type, Size, Style, Color, and Spaces.
5. Select Save & Exit to save the selections.
Select Electronic Form > New Control > Applications > Diagnosis

This will place a link for the user to use to go to the Diagnosis Table within TruBridge EHR where the Chief Complaint along with onset dates and Diagnoses are charted for the patient.
