Once a patient who has reached the "age of account decoupling", their record is automatically disconnected from the patient record. In some instances, you may want to reconnect or continue to share the record with the parent account. To share your record, you will need to re-register your portal account, which requires a new invitation code. To obtain a new invitation code, contact your facility. Once you have re-registered your portal account, you can share the record with another family member (parent).
