Appointment Confirmation Management Screen

The Appointment Confirmation Management screen is accessed from the navigation panel within Patient Scheduling and will display patients that have received their appointment confirmation message along with the patient's response.

 

 

Select Web Client > Scheduling > Appointment Confirmation Management

Confirming and Acknowledging Appointments

 

Appointments with a Patient Response of Pending may be confirmed from this screen by selecting Confirm. Patient Responses of Confirmed may be removed by selecting Acknowledge.

 

 

Request to Reschedule

 

Patients may be rescheduled by selecting (or double-clicking) the patient and then selecting Review. The Appointment Detail screen will then display and Reschedule will then need to be selected to proceed with Rescheduling. The patient will start over with receiving their affirmation, confirmation and reminder messages.

 

 

Request to Cancel

 

Appointments with a Patient Response of Request to Cancel may be canceled by selecting (or double-clicking) the patient and then selecting Review. The Appointment Detail screen will then display and Cancel will then need to be selected to proceed with canceling the appointment.
