Immunization Errors and Warnings

 

Immunization Errors and Warnings Report

 

 

The report displays the following information on each entry:

 

Row One

 

•Date/Time: Displays the date and time the immunization registry received the warning or error message.

 

•Medical Record #: Displays the Medical Record number of the patient associated with the message.

 

•Visit Number: Displays the visit number of the patient associated with the message.

 

•Patient Name: Displays the patient name associated with the message.

 

•DOB: Displays the date of birth of the patient associated with the message.

 

•Gender: Displays the gender of the patient associated with the message.

 

•Immunization: Displays the immunization description and the CVX code.

 

Row Two

 

•Status Code and Detail: The following status codes may display:

▪NF - No data found, no errors

▪AE - Application error

▪AR - Application reject

▪TM - Too many candidates found

 

NOTE: The report header will be repeated before each entry.
