The Chief Complaint card allows a free text chief complaint to be added to a patient's account. Once the chief complaint has been updated from within Patient Data Console, it will also update the chief complaint within the patient's chart.
To Enter or Edit a Chief Complaint
1.Select in the text field of the Chief Complaint card.
2.Enter the new or updated chief complaint.
3.Select Save to add the newly entered information to the system.
