Once the Charts option is accessed from the Application Drawer at the top right of the screen (or the house icon), the Charts option may be selected. The Tracking Board or Whiteboard List may be selected. If another search option was selected on the previous login session, the search option will default to the previous Search selection.

 

•Select the patient from the Whiteboard List by double-clicking the patient name.

 

 

Select Web Client > Charts > Whiteboard List > Select Patient

•The screen will open to the patient chart. The Navigation Panel can be left open by selecting the Arrow icon to Expand. Selecting the Arrow icon again will hide the Navigation Panel.

 

•Select Order Entry to access Order Entry.

 

 

Select Web Client > Charts > Whiteboard List > Select Patient > Order Entry

•The Patient ID Panel patient demographic will display at the top of the screen and Order Entry may be selected from the Navigation Panel.
