Administering an Immunization

1. Select Web Client > Charts > Select a patient > MAR.

 

2.The Medication Administration Record displays. Select the immunization to be administered.

3.The Medication Administration screen displays. Complete the following fields: Site, Lot Number, Lot Expiration Date, VFC Status, Vaccine Funding Source (if required by your state), Vaccine Information Statement Reviewed (if required by your state), and Vaccine Information Statement Version Date (if required by your state). Then select Update Pending.

NOTE: Immunizations ordered and administered in the TruBridge EHR will automatically display in the Patient Immunization History application.
