1.To generate the Immunization Administration Report, select Report Dashboard > Immunization Administration Report.

 

Immunization Administration Report - Parameters

 

 

2.Complete the report parameters:

 

•Facility: Select the desired facility. (Only facilities the logged-in user has access to will be available for selection.)

 

•Profile Number: A specified patient profile number may be entered.

 

•Date Range: Use the drop-down to select a date range. If Manual Selection is selected, enter a date range.

 

•Lot: The medication lot number may be entered.

 

•Include Cover Sheet: Select the check box to include a cover sheet.

 

•Safe Mode: Select the check box to print in safe mode.

 

•Output Format: Use the drop-down box to select an output format:

oHTML

oPDF

oXML

oCVS

oMAPLIST

oTXT

 

3. Select Run Report to display the report in the selected output format.
