Social History - Sexual History provides documentation for the patient's sexual history.

NOTE: Updates made to a patient's personal pronouns will pull to the ID Panel, Narrative or List View in Health History Review, Patient Summary, and the System Menu > Print EMR Report. If a patient's Personal Pronouns are entered via Health History > Sexual History, they will display when hovering over the Gender Identity information in the ID Panel.

Sex for Clinical Use: Use this field is to document the patient's sex used for clinical data or reference range. This field is used when there's a potential mismatch between the recorded sex/gender and how sex/gender should be considered for a specific clinical task.
