When required questions are included in a flow chart, the user must address those questions prior to exiting the flow chart. When charting is complete and Exit is selected, any required questions that have not been addressed will display for the user to complete.

 

Required questions are limited to the Initial Interview in both the Pertinent History and Discharge Planner sections.

 

NOTE: The ability to exit the Initial Interview without addressing the required questions is based on employee security. Employees must have switch 101 set to Y. Refer to the System Management User Guide for additional information.
